We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beds and towels of excellent quality. Microwave, Nespresso. Very much appreciated a jug of milk. Two frozen meals in freezer. The door lock was a bit of a challenge initially. We would definitely book here again.

Perfect place to stay in Orbost, room was very clean and comfortable. Highly recommend the location. Owners take a lot of pride in presenting such a comfortable accommodation.

After a relatively long road trip this was one of the best if not the best comared to other accommandation that we had incountered and thank you to Vaanie & William for making our over night stay relaxing and enjoyable. The whole experience was great from the facilities to the very comfortable bed.

Neat and clean room with modern decor and very comfortable bed. The motel is in a quiet location off the main road and only a few minutes drive from Orbost township. Polite and helpful staff. Would gladly stay there again in the future.

My daughter and I booked a twin room . Best nights sleep . Very comfortable bed and lovely linen . Double glazed windows made it very quiet . Everything worked , coffee was great and room was very clean . Andrew was welcoming and extremely helpful. Thanks a lot Peter

I recently had family members travelling interstate when one of them experienced a medical episode. I needed to organise accommodation for them in Orbost, and found Orbost Motel upon Googling.
I rang through after hours and the phone was answered by a kind and patient gentleman who helped me arrange a room for the night. I was unable to say when the group would arrive as they were at the hospital- he let me know how they could access the room, and went in and turned the heater on and left milk in the fridge.
I had nothing but positive feedback from my family about how grateful they were to walk into a warm space that was clean and tidy.

We had a very enjoyable stay at Orbost Motel during a road-trip through East Gippsland. The room was well-appointed, with a full-sized fridge and effective air-conditioner/heater. The bed was very comfortable and had nice linen. We would stay here again, and recommend it to anyone travelling to the region.

My friend and I booked the twin bed room. We were both thoroughly impressed with the cleanliness of the room and the decor was simple but elegant. The split system heater was very quiet but also very efficient in warming our room. We both had a wonderful sleep in the queen sized beds which were very comfortable and clean and the pillows were very comfortable as well. We are both quite fussy with pillows and usually bring our own however they were not needed this time. The bathroom was clean with lush towels and the complimentary shampoo and conditioner smelled divine. Check in and check out was very seamless.

We would absolutely stay again and agreed it was one of the best hotel/ motel stays we have had in quite some time. Highly recommend the Orbost Motel, you won’t be disappointed.

Cosy, comfortable room. My husband particularly appreciates it when there is a jug of fresh milk in the refrigerator. Also, there was room to park our trailer outside.

The rooms are updated and super clean.
The location is just across the highway from Orbost, an easy walk.
And most importantly, Vaanie and William are the best hosts, they make everything easy and like home away from home. Highly recommended.

It's the little details that make an overnight stay very comfortable and relaxing. Like mugs instead of small cups, a coffee machine, a jug of milk in the fridge, comfy bed and pillows. This motel had that and more. Quiet, spacious room was a perfect place to stay.

Everything we needed at a fair price. Very new, clean, energy efficient and overall an extremely pleasant experience. The only thing that I could fault was the fact that it is not in the main area of town, but its only a minute or two trip in the car to get to the main drag. We walked into town for our evening meal. It was a treat to find something so new and well run in a regional town of Orbost's size. Even though it is close to the highway, there was no noise problem.

This Motel is a little gem. It provides a quiet haven and rest after a day’s driving. Ideally located for all travellers using the coastal highway. Well appointed with excellent beds. Highly recommended.

Our room was surprisingly quiet despite being close to the highway. I guess being behind a road cutting makes a difference. The owner was friendly and went 'above and beyond'. They also offer charging for guest EVs, although we did not use it because we were on our bicycles this time. We noticed the freezer had some prepared meals that could be purchased and reheated - a nice touch.

Vaanie is a gratious host at the Orbost Motel. She went the extra mile (twice) to help us cyclist with a lift to town when it was dark. The motel rooms have been beautifully refurbished.

Varnie went above and beyond to support our cycling group. The rooms were clean, spacious, with some delightful touches, such as fresh milk and even some ready meals in the freezer!! The motel is about a 10-15 minute walk from the town centre, but Varnie drove us in, and then we just walked back after a lovely meal at the pub.
Would definitely stay here again 🙂

Fantastic Motel, so so clean ,and the service was wonderful, the rooms are so quiet we didn't hear anybody from the other rooms and it was a long weekend , shower hot with good pressure ,house keeping Fantastic ,we stayed 2 nights

We just stayed here after a recommendation from family. It was perfect for us. Much nicer than your average motel room and the beds were heavenly comfortable - just what we needed after a long drive. The owners were absolutely lovely and obviously care about their customers having a great stay. We would happily book again

This is the most beautiful and comfortable motel I have ever stayed at. The staff are lovely, the rooms are on a different level here, the scenery adds to the perfect stay. I will definitely be returning and making this place a regular stay on my travels!

Our accommodation was very clean, well equipped, the bed was comfortable and the decor was impressive and suited the Snowy River area. The staff were friendly, helpful and the service was amazing from our telephone reservation, ease of check-in through to check-out. We loved being able to park at the door, and drive just a short distance to the town centre. We would have no hesitation to stay again.

We've stayed here a few times now. Great location just off the highway. Rooms are always clean. Kids love the fact that YouTube easily plays on the TV! Easy check in and check out process. Friendly staff.
